According to the Article 27, GDPR, all the Controllers and Processors that are not established in the EU but offer goods or services to data subjects established in the Union, and/or monitor their behaviour while the data subjects are in one of the EU countries, are obliged to designate in writing a Representative. We provide this representation service with all the legal guarantees required. We have also subscribed a special insurance policy, in order to cover any possible liability and ensure to your company our maximum committment.
